Terms of Use

Last updated 10 May 2026

The tools on pngtoolskit.org are provided free of charge for any purpose, personal or commercial. In exchange, they come with no warranty of any kind — the sections below cover the specifics. Please review them before relying on any output for load-bearing work.

Acceptance

By using pngtoolskit.org you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. I may update these terms at any time; the latest version is what applies.

No warranty

The tools are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or correctness. I do not guarantee that the output is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular use.

Translation: before you mail a watermarked contract, open the result and check the watermark. Before you replace a paper PNG archive with the output of the merge tool, verify the page order and count. Before you ship a redacted PNG, confirm the redaction (these tools do not currently offer true redaction — overlays do not remove the underlying text).

Limitation of liability

I am not liable for any loss, corruption, or misuse of data arising from your use of these tools. You are responsible for keeping backups of any input you care about.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Your data

Your file contents never reach my servers (see the privacy policy). Everything is processed locally in your browser, which also means you are the only party responsible for that data. Nothing on this site is a substitute for a real backup.

Third-party assets

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and the PNG libraries (pdf-lib, pdf.js, jsPNG, html2canvas, jszip) from jsDelivr. Those providers have their own terms; by using this site you implicitly accept them as well.

Changes and takedown

I may modify, break, or remove any tool at any time without notice. I'd obviously rather not — please bookmark the ones you rely on and let me know if something stops working.
